Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His eyes are a pleasant violet.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Ernest took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with brown slacks. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He wears his chestnut hair up. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Kody hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Kody alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.
