History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Fortune-teller; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
