Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a hunchback. His blonde hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Voice: Speaks with squeezed throat

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a hunchback. His golden hair is lengthy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting giants, the young Don began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants to raise his children well
