Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mason but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mason. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
