History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Balimaar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balimaar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
