History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Adam was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Adam's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
