Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
