Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. He is baby faced.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He carries with him a set of hammers on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Peter was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
