Description: This light-skinned male wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sickle, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has wavy brown hair. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Roland enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roland fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has decided he is irredeemable

He conceals his monstrous two handed axe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, marred by teas. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Ernest was born the youngest of three triplets. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found
