History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Rolf was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Merchant. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. His silver hair is still thick. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: This man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. During his travels, Rolf and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Rolf discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Rolf fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and expand his business

Description: He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs
