Personality: Roger wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Doctor. He struck the Doctor job and began his own company from there.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
