Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Balimaar never married again. History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Mortician father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: He is a husky man, who tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His hair is short and brown. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
