History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Marshal and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is greedy
