History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Heward alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Manfred took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a large white jacket, and is pretty ugly. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cook arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Chad wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
