Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Thomas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Thomas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thomas decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his kukri. His red hair is still thick. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: Born in the north to a Glassblower, Charles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his greataxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a great chef.
History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
