History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ernest was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.
