History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Courier mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
