History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Hugh's homeland. Hugh decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to be a herbalist again
