Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, brown shirt, and tan tie. He is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Patrick is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Patrick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This malnourished man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his black hair up. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during and is in decent physical shape. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has violet eyes.

Personality: Gunter hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
