History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Charles was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Charles decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dustin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Ralf was born with his mother's beautiful face. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to get laid.

Description: A 6'5" southern man, he wears skinny pants and wears a brown and white robe with the hood down. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
