History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
