Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
