History: Born in the west to a Servant, Everard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
