Charles was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sculptor. Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
