History: Hugh was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Henry was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Henry's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Motivation: To be a Interpreter again; and he is unsatisfied with his job
