Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is long and white with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Norman will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the west. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep violet leather and dull green iron scale mail. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Odo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
