Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was a Cook, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Cory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.

Description: This younger middle-aged man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He's also a talented Adventurer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Norman grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Norman alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hammer.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His silver hair is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Odo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want him driven away
