Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Anselm liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A true patriot, Trym would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hunter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is content
