History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Justin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Justin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and to clean up the streets

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Justin took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
