History: Simon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local detective

History: Cory was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bather. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a long, black cloak. He has moderate length white hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
