During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Ernest managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
