Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Jocelyn was taken on many hunting expeditions. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
