History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This dark-skinned male is typically in his Bellfounder uniform. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He wears a colorful flower in his golden hair. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to clean up the streets

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has shaved his head bald. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Frederick does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to share knowledge with the world
