Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After months of barely getting by, Simon managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He struck the Shipwright job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
