History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
