Description: This eastern man wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has wavy golden hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His eyes are green.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His golden hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is a Shoemaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, yellow shirt, and white tie. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dustin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a tan shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and is pretty ugly. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
