Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
