History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Gilbert was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miner for the past few years.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
