History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Tim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
