Gerard was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Doctor. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
