History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Farmer who has hired him part-time. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's attracted to the pc

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. He has no hair. His eyes are hazel.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He works hard and plays hard.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man is dressed in an above average manner. His red hair is lengthy. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Bertram was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
