Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is dressed in earthy colors with a blue and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: Hugh wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
