Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Hubert has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
