When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Cartwright, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Gunter wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born in the east to a Bounty Hunter, Gunter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Richard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
