Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor, and is pretty ugly. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Assassin. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Assassin for the past few years.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and money/treasure

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His silver hair is lengthy. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is cut close to his head. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.
