History: Randal was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family
