History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Dean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Randal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Randal was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He struck the Miner job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a white vest and prefers tan and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Anselm is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a great chef.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Seamstress. He has worked as a Seamstress like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and many dire rats want him driven away
