History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He struck the Shoemaker job and began his own company from there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
