He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Thomas's homeland. Thomas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Healer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to prove his worth to the world
