History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
